1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your SnapPage Pro subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Once cancelled, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- You request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
- You experience a technical issue that prevents normal use and our support team cannot resolve it.
Refunds are issued at our discretion and may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made after 7 days of purchase.
- Failure to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
- Dissatisfaction based on personal preferences without technical issues.
